Death Valley National Park (part 1): Badwater Basin Sneak Peek

Ok – I don’t know how quickly I will get more Death Valley photos posted, but I figured I’d put out a teaser for now. I literally have thousands of photos to process because I’ve been doing a lot of time lapse photography, and I might try and share more older stuff to clear up space on my laptop for all the new photos (it is getting pretty full!)… but for the meantime, here are two shots from Badwater Basin – the lowest point in the USA at 282 feet below sea level and currently filled with a couple inches of water due to the recent rains. Current assumptions is that it will be dry again by the end of March, so I got pretty lucky to see this, and it worked perfectly for some reflection photography…
