Newman’s Flatworm

I spotted this Newman’s Flatworm (Maritigrella newmanae) on a dive at the Blue Heron Bridge in Florida. I was just slowly swimming along and swam right over it and had to hit the brakes to stop and get some photos and video. We found a couple others on a few subsequent dives, but both of those were much smaller and disappeared down into hiding spots rather quickly. This one just crawled along the bottom for a while until I handed it off to another photographer who then lost sight of it.
